Macinstructor is now Appinstructor

I have huge news today! In order to align with Apple’s increasing focus on mobile devices, our company is changing its name. Macinstructor is now Appinstructor. Don’t worry, the Mac will always be our first love, but the new name now reflects our passion for apps regardless of the device. When it comes to learning more about your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, the professional to call is Appinstructor.

In addition to the name change, we are also welcoming Scotty Loveless to the Appinstructor team. Scotty previously served as a Genius at the Apple Store, which means he can diagnose and solve dire technical problems faster than you can say, “A computer is the equivalent of a bicycle for our mind.” He also holds a master’s degree in education. Oh, and you may have recently come across Scotty’s article, The Ultimate Guide to Solving iOS Battery Drain. I know you’ll love his friendliness and tech expertise.

Lastly, you’ll notice the brand spankin’ new logo: an iOS inspired app icon with a lovely tree. We feel it shows off our commitment to growing your knowledge, thereby enabling you to enjoy life more richly through technology, rather than feel constrained by it. If you would like to download a version of our logo as your iPhone wallpaper, click here.

Our professional and friendly service will continue as expected, and the website still functions as the quickest and easiest way to request an appointment. Thank you for your service, and we look forward to this next chapter of Appinstructor with you.
