Introducing the Mac Instructor Team

Please welcome with me three new trainers to the Mac Instructor team! I have known Cortney, Brad, and Aaron for the past several years and worked alongside them when I was still with Apple Retail. Cortney is one of Birmingham's most creative people. Her main passion is producing film, and she's worked on several television projects over the years. While at Apple, she held positions both as Sales Expert and Lead Creative. Aaron is a wizard with troubleshooting problems and finding solutions. His role at Apple Retail was at the Genius Bar as a technician. This means that not only can he assess issues fairly quickly, but he's an expert communicator who can make the complex feel comfortable. As for Brad, he is not only is he one of Birmingham's most talented musicians, he managed just about every area of Apple's retail store. He is one of the few people who can combine creativity, efficiency, and friendliness. From now on when you visit the Mac Instructor scheduling page, you will see tabs allowing you to view each trainer's availability. This will help you compare times and hopefully find something suitable to your schedule. As you grow more accustomed and familiar with a particular trainer, you have the ability to make sure you get the person you asked for. I encourage you to meet one of these new trainers by booking an appointment soon!
